  To be held 20-22 November 2009 in Malta.
  
• Meeting for Chief Executive Officers in NSOs and MOs
  To be held 24-25 November 2009 in Athens Greece. 
  
• Networking Forum for Chief Volunteers

The Europe Region is also involved in several other Network meetings:

The North-South and Overtures Networks provide open forums to national Guide and Scout Associations interested and active in the field of co-operation and development education and working with minorities.  These two networks meet twice yearly for the exchange of information and experiences.  Future meetings are planned follows :

• North-South Network
  October 2009 in the Netherlands

• Overture Network
  October 2009
  Invitations will be circulated through Europak.

The Growth Network Meetings are organised to share best practices and ideas about membership growth and to create a peer network across Europe with input from Associations around the different growth factors. Currently the Growth Network meets twice a year.  Each meeting focuses on different aspects relating to membership growth and invitations are circulated through Europak.
