Aims and content

The European Guide Conference brings together the members of the Europe Region WAGGGS to discuss and debate the priorities of the Region. This event is the chief decision making event in the triennium when the regional committee members are elected, reports are received on the life of the Region and plans are prepared for the future.

Priority Areas

All areas of the work of the Europe Region. Education Programme, Training, Membership, Structure and Management, Relationship to Society and Finance.

Participants Profile

  • Key decision makers from all areas of the life of Member Organisations
  • Members of National Boards and other national teams
  • Members of staff of the organisations, as appropriate

The Europe Region WAGGGS continues to promote the participation of younger participants and encourage Member Organisations to keep this aspect of participation in their thinking and practices.
