The 13th European Guide ConferenceThe 13th European Guide and Scout Conference was officially closed by Lara Tonna, the new Chairman of the Europe Committee WAGGGS, and Craig Turpie, Chairman of the European Scout Committee. In the final session delegates approved the region's plans for the next three years and the motions on mentoring the continuing development of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting in Europe.
