Worldwide survey on volunteering

WAGGGS is undertaking a worldwide survey on volunteering with funding from UPS on this website. The newly launched survey seeks to find out about girls’ and young women’s understanding of volunteerism, and what motivates young people to join organizations and what inspires a young person to become a young leader.

The survey is aimed at 11 to 24 year olds and can be filled in online in English, French, Spanish. The Arabic, Mandarin (simplified) and Portuguese versions can be downloaded from the resources section and sent by email to Vanessa at Vanessa@wagggsworld.org or by post to the World Bureau, 12c Lyndhurst Road, London, UK NW3 5PQ.

Please encourage your fellow girls Guides and Girl Scouts to take part. The survey will be of value to WAGGGS and Member Organizations as we look at ways to engage and retain girls and young women in our programmes.
