- Shared and collected best practices between association in the area of Growth
- Contributed to the “Action for Growth” resource so that it becomes a more extensive tool for associations on membership growth
- Contributed to the establishment of the Growth Network through active articipation
- Identified the next steps for the Growth Network and the Action for Growth resource
- Identified additional ways in which to encourage and involve other associations in the region to work on membership growth
